Estimates and project responsibility

Results are estimates rather than purchase orders, supplier quotes, warranties or professional certifications. Verify dimensions, product coverage, package quantities, current prices and suitability before buying or installing materials. Prices entered in calculators are user supplied and expressed in USD unless a field explicitly says otherwise.

Building and installation requirements

Quantity calculations do not establish structural capacity, safe working methods, electrical or plumbing suitability, permit requirements or code compliance. Availability and accuracy

We aim to present clear formulas and examples, but cannot guarantee that a calculator represents every project condition or that the service will be continuously available. Check a material estimate independently when errors would have significant consequences.
